We stepped into Salvador Deli inside Walking Tree Brewery and instantly felt the mix of craft, community, and playful art come alive. What grabbed us most was Courtney’s heart for people. Shaped by AmeriCorps, sharpened behind the bar, and poured into a team-first kitchen where ideas (and bao buns) belong to everyone. It matters because Vero’s “SOVA” district is growing, and this quick-service, “artfully elevated” menu (think gluten-free pizza that fools you, tasso-gravy potato bowls, and Baby Cakes beer cheese) keeps it local and fun. We left smiling, already planning our next lunch, and grateful for a place where staff feel ownership and guests feel at home.
