Blue Agave feels like one of those downtown Vero Beach spots that instantly puts you in a better mood. It’s colorful, clean, and welcoming, with a fun tequila bar vibe that still works for families, date nights, and friends catching up. What we loved most was how intentional the experience feels. Steve is present, walking tables, greeting guests, and genuinely paying attention, and it shows in the energy of the place and the team he’s built.

And then there’s the food and drinks. Everything tastes fresh, looks beautiful, and comes out with that “you’ve gotta take a picture of this” presentation, especially the shrimp ceviche. Pair that with their infused margaritas (the mango habanero is a fan favorite for a reason), and you’ve got an easy go to spot when you want great flavor without a fussy atmosphere. Blue Agave is fun, laid back, and local in the best way.
